Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Beard Bully purchases. If you received a defective product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a copy of your receipt and order number to process your refund request. Refunds for defective products or missing items from your order will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution.
